The "Revolution" tempering aid series helps you to achieve optimal tempering of your chocolate using simple methods. At home, in the shop or in production. Also a very good solution for bakeries. The "Revolution" models feature the ASS principle, i.e. the "Automatic Seeding System". Simply place small pieces of chocolate in one part of the device. It melts automatically. Then turn down the temperature and add more hard pieces to one part of the container. The pieces now cool the warm chocolate and inoculate it with the necessary beta crystals. You don't need to stand next to it and can carry out other tasks. Ideal for anyone who doesn't need a large tempering machine with cooling but still wants to work with tempered chocolate! We offer three sizes, the largest of which can also be equipped with a feed pump for easier filling of moulds.
